I work within a 15-mile radius of 80215.

Do you work Holidays?

Yes, I work most holidays. I typically will be out of town for Thanksgiving and Christmas. However, I should be available for all other holidays. I do not charge extra for working holidays.

What are your working hours?

I start walks as early as 6:30 am and take last walks as late as 9:30 pm. Please note that there is a $5 upcharge for walks after 8 pm. I work most days and will send ample notice if I will not be available on certain days. You will be notified straight away if there is an emergency and I am unable to make it.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, If walks are canceled on the same day, you will get 1 grace period. After that, I will charge a $5 fee for walks canceled the same day and 50% of the walk total for less than an hour’s notice.

If you are canceling a pet sitting, I will need at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will result in a charge for the 48 hours.
